Product Description
xThe Lyndra TL is a 500 mm table lamp in iron and natural fibre with a patina finish — one E27 globe to 25 W, not supplied — in bronze with a natural shade or gun metal with a black shade.
Natural fibre, which our record had dropped
The listing said “Iron” and stopped there. The shade is woven natural fibre, and that changes what the lamp does to light: a fibre weave lets some light through the shade itself, so the shade glows and the weave shows as a texture. A solid shade would simply be dark. It is the reason to buy this lamp rather than a plain one.
Two colourways that are genuinely different lamps
Bronze with a natural shade is the warm one — the fibre reads as pale straw lit from within, and the bronze frame disappears into it. Gun metal with a black shade is the graphic one: the weave still shows, but as texture against dark rather than as glow. Pick by whether you want the lamp to give light or to be an object.
⚠ It does not change colour. Our record carries a colour-changing flag against it. It takes one ordinary E27 globe and includes none — there is nothing in the fitting capable of it. Colour selection here would be a property of the globe you buy.
You almost certainly do not need an electrician. It is Class II — double insulated — on an 1,800 mm cable. The old page carried an electrician requirement that belongs to hard-wired fittings.
Small, and lighter than it looks
500 mm tall, 210 mm long, 140 mm wide, and only 1.5 kg — light for a lamp this tall, because the shade is fibre rather than fabric over a frame. Worth knowing on a narrow shelf: it will move if it is knocked in a way a stone-based lamp will not.
Dimming depends on the globe
Fit a dimmable E27 and use a plug-in or inline dimmer and it dims; a plain globe will not. Our record says “No”, which is misleading — the correct answer is globe dependent. Through a fibre shade, dimming is worth having: at low output the weave is all you see.

Questions
What is the shade made of?

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
