Product Description
xThe Klee TL is a 395 mm table lamp with a sculpted black ceramic base, polished chrome accents and a fabric shade — one E27 globe to 25 W, not supplied.
Ceramic base, fabric shade — and the record said neither
Our listing carried no material at all, and the old specification table called them both “base material”, which conflates two different things. To be clear: the base is sculpted ceramic and the shade is fabric. Ceramic gives the lamp weight low down and a slightly irregular, hand-finished surface; the fabric shade diffuses evenly so the light is soft rather than directional.
Black ceramic with chrome — a deliberately cool pairing
Most ceramic lamps in this range pair stone or cream with brass. Klee goes the other way: black ceramic against polished chrome. Chrome is cooler and harder than brass, and against a matte black body it reads as a bright line rather than a warm glow — which is what makes this lamp sit in a modern room where a brass one would not.
You almost certainly do not need an electrician. It is Class II — double insulated — on an 1,800 mm cable. The old page carried an electrician requirement that belongs to hard-wired fittings.
Compact, and shaped for a shelf
395 mm tall, 260 mm long and only 150 mm deep. That depth is the useful number — it is a shallow lamp, so it sits close to a wall on a narrow bedside table or a hall shelf without overhanging the front edge. Wider than it is deep, which is the right way round for that job.
Dimming depends on the globe
Fit a dimmable E27 and use a plug-in or inline dimmer and it dims; a plain globe will not. Our record carries no value against dimmable at all; the correct answer is globe dependent. Behind a fabric shade a dimmed globe is genuinely soft, which is worth having at a bedside.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
