The June is a 480 mm table lamp built on a coloured glass body — antique brass with amber glass and a vanilla shade, or chrome with smoke glass and a black shade.

Two combinations, warm and cool

Antique brass, amber glass, vanilla shade is entirely warm — every element pulls the same direction, and lit it glows golden. Chrome, smoke glass, black shade is its opposite: cool, graphic, and much more severe. These are not two colourways of one lamp; they suit different rooms.

Amber glass warms the light itself

Coloured glass does not merely look warm — it tints the light passing through it. An amber body under a vanilla shade produces a genuinely golden pool, warmer than the globe alone would give. If you like warm light, this does more of the work than a warm globe can.

A 300 mm shade on a 480 mm lamp

Broad and relatively low — it throws a wide pool rather than a tall column. That suits a side table beside a chair better than a narrow bedside, and it means the shade is what overhangs.

E27 to 25 W, not supplied

Behind coloured glass, a plain warm globe is right — the glass is doing the decorative work already.

What are the two versions?

Warranties

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.

Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.

Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.

If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns

  • Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.

Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.

Your Options

  • Restocking fee: 20% will apply unless otherwise stated, or unless another order of equal or greater value is placed in lieu of this re-stocking fee.
  • Credit: will be issued in the form of store credit and will be equal to the price paid.
