Product Description
xThe Oras is a 420 mm LED wall bar drawing 12 W for 850 lm, with three switchable colour temperatures and an IP44 rating — a vanity light.
Only the BLACK version is available. The listing name also offers chrome. That finish is not stocked.
IP44 is why it can go over a basin
Most indoor wall lights are IP20 and have no business near water. IP44 is rated against splashing from any direction, which is what makes the Oras suitable above a bathroom mirror or basin. Your electrician will confirm the zone, but the rating is the reason this fitting exists.
Three colour temperatures from one internal switch
3000 K, 4000 K or 5000 K, selected on the fitting at installation. In a bathroom that choice genuinely matters: 3000 K is flattering and relaxed, 4000 K is neutral for makeup and shaving, 5000 K is clinical. Being able to try it and change your mind is worth more than picking blind from a catalogue.
CRI above 84, which matters at a mirror
Colour accuracy is the whole job of a vanity light. CRI >84 over a 140° spread means skin tones read truthfully rather than sallow — the difference between makeup that looks right in the bathroom and makeup that looks wrong in daylight.
A slim bar, not a bulky fitting
420 mm long, 40 mm high, 60 mm projection in stainless steel and polycarbonate. It sits close to the wall above a mirror without intruding.

Is the chrome version available?
No. Despite the listing name, only black is stocked.
Can it go in a bathroom?
Yes — that is what it is for. IP44 is rated against splashing from any direction. Your electrician will confirm the correct zone above the basin.
How do I choose the colour temperature?
An internal switch, set at installation. 3000 K is relaxed, 4000 K neutral for makeup and shaving, 5000 K clinical.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
